I started my apprenticeship as an electrician. Subsequently, I studied electrical engineering (specializing in high-frequency engineering) at the Rapperswil University of Applied Sciences and later telecommunications and digital signal processing at Northeastern University in Boston, USA. I gained practical experience in mobile communications at Siemens Schweiz AG, diAx AG and later Swisscom Mobile AG. Since 2003 I have been working in the railway industry and soon started to evaluate mobile telephony from a different perspective. Motivated by the many reports that the technology, which I had found extremely great in the past, could also have a downside, I immersed myself in the topic. For more than 13 years I have been making electrosmog measurements in apartments and houses of private individuals and am committed to ensuring that people can inform themselves objectively. For this I give seminars and lectures all over Switzerland and sometimes also in Germany and Austria.
